The Business

Peter Karl has owned Travel Management, Inc. (known as Cape & Islands Travel) since 1985. He started his travel business in Boston, MA, then located here in Provincetown in May 1997. Peter purchased the “barbershop” located at 1 Winthrop Street to relocate the travel business from Boston to Provincetown. While maintaining the travel agency, Peter’s goal is to expand the current real estate business.

In September 2000, Peter Karl and John Cunney opened Peter Karl & Associates Real Estate, Inc. Since opening, Peter has hired Dennis Cole, Tom Thurston, Heather Smith and Rick DeCusati as sales associates.

Our goal is to provide a high level of satisfaction due to our commitment to integrity, honesty, and open & consistent communication with clients and customers. We believe in working hard to earn your business without high pressure.
